Artificial intelligence operating principles & disclaimers

  • Human review default: maildx accounts default to 'Review' mode where draft replies must be explicitly approved by human staff before dispatch.
  • Grounding requirement: AI answers are strictly bounded by retrieved customer knowledge sources; maildx provides no warranties regarding ungrounded assumptions.
  • Fail-toward-human SLA: Any ungrounded, low-confidence, or sensitive topic immediately escalates to a human agent with a 24-hour target resolution SLA.
